UBC Yoga X Pilates Club Collaboration

We want to thank everyone who came out on the first day back to campus to sweat with us! Together we got back into the university mindset and both mentally and physically prepared to tackle the end of the semester! By teaming up with the UBC Yoga Club, we were able to give a hands-on demonstration on the differences between Yoga and Pilates. It's one of our most asked questions and we were glad we could finally show you what both are truly all about! We hope that whether you were experts at both sports, or totally new, that you were able to enjoy yourself and meet someone new. Good luck to everyone as we hit the last month of classes! Keep working hard, we're so close!

Also a big thank you to Rayna, the wonderful yoga instructor that came out to teach the class with us. The collab wouldn't have been possible without her!
